SHIPPING and PROCESSING NOTICE:
Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). Once orders are processed, they usually ship the same day. Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by UPS
or USPS. However, we will work our hardest to make sure your order is
processed speedily and help you with any problems related to your order
shipment.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Orders may take up to 2 business days to process
and ship. We are not responsible for any customs taxes or fees your country
may have for importing books. We are also not responsible for any delays or
lost items due to customs, and if customs returns your order to us we will
charge you for the reshipment of your order. Similarly we cannot be held
responsible for your country's own postal service delays. However, our
customer service team will do their best to solve any problem related to
your order shipment.
RETURNS:
You may return items that are damaged or have been misshipped within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If the return
results from an error on our part, we'll also pay the return shipping costs.
